Sieve all the dry ingredients
Mix butter sugar curd for 5 minutes
Now add the dry ingredients little by little
Mix in cut and fold method
Consistency should be poury u can add milk if needed
Grease the appa kadai with Little butter
Pour the cake mix in tbe kadai
Close and cook both sides for a minute on both sides
Serve in your kids lunch box
